1 /5 813 Jcuts (Your homeboy): I bought a 1500 dollar Cuban link the chain color turned horrible looks copper I went in to discuss my concern n they trying sake me a new one smh. Literary put another chain next to it the guy quickly didn’t know what to say won’t exchange unless I pay 600 dollars more. They think they going rip me off again. Instead of taking care of their costumers. I have bought for my kids n my self there multiple times n now this how they treating their costumers. Mind you I have took this chain before to clean and still same isue I even replace the clasp and is not even same color because the chain looks so bad. I don’t recommend people don’t waste your money here. Horible experience and my loss of 1500 dollars. Look at clasp color compare to chain pictures may not do justice but u can see even the ring next is same as clasp but chain is coper color

1 /5 Michael: This place is overpriced and their jewelry pieces are no good. They don’t even have a warranty on their products. The Spanish ladies working here have zero customer service skills. This is just middle of the mall type jewelry. Avoid this place at all cost
