5 /5 Joe Mama: Service with a smile. I googled jewelry repairs in Port Charlotte this jeweler caught my eye. I left a gold chain to be repaired. They were up front with the timing and charge. It was done when they said. Looking at the chain I couldn’t find the repair. It was that good. You can’t make everyone happy and there’s always another side to the story. The posts from years ago did not deter me. I was very satisfied. Thank you. I said if I don’t come back right away don’t take it personal. I will choose your establishment in a heartbeat.

Furthermore, they endeavored to disavow responsibility. I advise against trusting this establishment with valuable items due to their dishonest practices and excessive prices.

5 /5 deborah dufur: I brought my Engagement/Wedding band to Bobby in 2010. I trust them. Theyve served me since then. Its 4/19/25. Family owned and operated since Ive known them. I dont even look at my repairs, because they are TRUSTWORTHY. Now their daughter repairs my jewelry to. Ill never go anywhere else. Going to call Tuesday to see if they will buy my wg diamond 3ct tennis bracelet, and my 3 ct Emerald ring, because I no longer wear them.

1 /5 Timothy DeVoy: I went here to have the battery replaced for my Bulova watch, which went without a hitch. However, I was in need of an additional link for the band as it was just too small for my wrist. The staff claimed Bulova could not provide the individual links for the watch and quoted me $150 for an entirely new band. Which I wasn’t willing to pay, so I left the store and called Bulova myself. Bulova stated they indeed had the links for my particular watch in stock and sent me 3 links for free, including free shipping. They attempted to swindle me for $150 for something they knew was provided for free. If you want honest and upfront service, then I would advise you to go elsewhere. If you do go here for your jewelry needs, be sure to do your homework before taking what the staff tells you at face value. Overall untrustworthy. Will not spend my time or money at their location again.
