They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

Super Flag girl: Couldn’t replace stud they sold defective. Purchased matching gold studs for me and my mini twice. Last purchase was fairly recent. When I attempted to wear the stud, the post shrunk into the stud and was defective. I returned to the store soon as conveniently possible. I explained the situation. I asked if they could fix it or replace it. The lady with the purple hair said “we sell them in pairs”. Said it couldn’t be fixed because it was hollow. She then communicated with a man and another woman employee. The man then began to alter it. The end result was some botched work, I wouldn’t put in my enemies ears. Won’t be shopping here again. It was easy to take my monies and give me defective products. It was difficult to make good and fix your wrong. Would you present such work to your love ones? If I could insert photo, I would.
