1 /5 Jo Ann Cycon: I have made quite a few purchases since I stumbled upon them on FB. I am in the process of making my first return for a blouse Tiered Elegance. When I removed it from the cellophane package to press it I noticed the the two of the three bow appliques were incorrectly and the reverse side of the tie was showing. Unfortunately you cannot fix this. I had to email to return it, purchase a return label and leave it on my porch for a carrier to pick it up. It hasn’t been picked up yet and I find it odd that they only communicate by email and there is no customer service representative to speak with. I am dubious about making any further purchases. I think there package is also poor.
