Alex has helped us with many purchases, and watched our children grow, always assisting us with new sea shell charms to add to their little collections. Recently we connected over our shared love for the Atocha. It is now exaggeration to share that Alex spent hours with us that day. While we did make a purchase, I think he would I have happily done the same thing if we didn’t buy a thing. We are now proud owners of Atocha reals and hope to have a small collection of our own someday. It is special to know that these purchases have historical importance while also the strong emotional connection of the experience of working with Alex. We can’t wait until next time.

5 /5 W John (Travelin.Johnny): Went there to peruse the various stones and gems and maybe pick out an engagement ring. Olga Nelson walked is though a lot of options. She was very patient with is and applied no pressure at all. She listened to what were looking for and did narrow it down, and was fine with us not buying anything. She also appraised an antique ring and ballparked numbers on repairing and resetting it. They also cleaned another ring we had. So, no sale, but a lot of goodwill.

She was patient and got exactly what we were looking for within our budget. She was also very communicative, and gave us updates throughout. We also met the owner, Melissa, as well as many other jewelers when we would come in. They all were so welcoming and excelled at customer service. I see why they have an amazing reputation. We love the ring!

An appointment was made and the store is fabulous just like the owner Sal.He assessed all the coins which were not as many 50 cent pieces as I thought. he had cookies and candy wrapped as give a ways. i tried to buy a jewelry box which is perfect for my small items. He would take no money from me and gave me money for what i brought him. oh and when i entered the store I was greeted by the very friendly, kind staff. Go there folks ands see what items he has and also what he can do for you with items you may have.

Kimmie Alexander: I rarely give reviews but unfortunately I just want people to be aware. My cousin has gone to this jewelry spot a few times and has always been pretty happy with his purchases. He bought a chain that was pretty pricey and was told it was real. The owners were extremely adamant it was real. My cousin trusted him and purchased the chain. He got it tested because the amount he paid for it & it came back fake. He could of gotten the same quality chain on Amazon for $20. He went back today to talk to the owners, hoping they realized the mistake on the pricing but no,They were very rude and refused to refund his money. Granite there is a sign that states no refunds but this is ridiculous they literally robbed him out of hundreds of dollars & They could care less. To treat a repeat costumer that way is greedy, unprofessional and wrong. Just be aware when shopping with these people. Bring your own jewelry tester. I hope they can get this resolved.

They have no inventory and send everything out and upcharge you. Go to a bigger jewelry store. It not worth the money or 7day wait.

dan m: Awesome place. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and they saw that I had coins in my hand. The lady behind the counter instructed me to see the gentleman in the back. When I got there, I met Garrett. Garrett was very knowledgeable and actually taught me a couple things about coins that I didn’t know. He took the time to make sure that I was getting rid of everything that I wanted to and he was also giving me the right pricing for the items that I wanted to sell. After that, I dealt with Kathy, she was in charge of getting my check together for the items that I sold. Her light and bubbly attitude was definitely refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to sell any kind of gold silver or jewelry. The prices that they gave me for the things I sold were excellent and not cut 30% like a pawn shop would.

Intuned: I rarely review a bad purchase or service, I just "Dont go there again". I feel this time I must. I went in for a small repair (a prong had bent on an inexpensive ring) which was done on the spot. I was happy. Upon looking at the inventory I discovered a nice pair of earrings. I purchased them, a 14K YG pair of drop earrings for $500.00. I brought them back the next day because they were alternately flipping upside down, not hanging correctly. The owner said she could fix them took them in the back, returned and said she couldnt tighten them, she had to keep to solder. She said theyd be ready the next day which was Fri. she would call. Friday came, no call. Closed Monday. Tuesday went to pick up I had to wait while she cleaned them. She brought them out and I noticed about 30% of each earring had black on them around soldered area top and bottom. She took them in the back and brought them out with no difference, said she couldnt "get in close enough to polish" and to "soak them" at home. Well I took them home and soaked them in my jewelry cleaner to no avail. They look terrible, still black. It looks like there is silver metal under the gold in one area, and a couple of other areas have turned a weird orange red color. I will not be going in there again. What a sad waste of money. Its too bad, I had hoped maybe I had found a hidden gem. How could a jeweler present these back in this condition after selling them to me brand new. This is not a good place to buy gold from I dont trust that what I bought is not plated . As to the repair, the soldering looks like it was done in a steel mill. They now look like they are old and damaged.
