I love plants and my Monstera necklace is beautiful it’s a favorite. I have a couple pair of earrings I wear them both often. I look forward to my next purchase with so many gorgeous choices hard to choose just one. These are one of a kind and it really feels good to support local and wear things you know were made with love.

Madicin Marquez The attitude overall ruined the entire experience when it could’ve been a simple miscommunication.Came to pick up my name plate as a graduation gift from my mom ,vividly remember wanting double plating since the single plate he suggested was too small instead the owner decided to just continue to speak loudly over me in front of 3 groups of customers unfortunately I wasn’t able to even get my point across he just decided to say that we didn’t want to pay the price which we just changed our minds being we didn’t want 2 names plates just one as a business owner it would’ve been kinder to hear my side since I know what I wanted order but he claims to know what I said . Horrible service 400$ for a chain as big as a lottery pencil.

Jordan Zoellner I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Kay Jewelers! Recently, I had some jewelry repaired and the prices were very reasonable with a quick turnaround. Store Manager Marcie was wonderful to work with. Professional, friendly, and really made the process easy. I’ve purchased all my jewelry for myself or as gifts from this location because their selection is fantastic, and they always have great promotions and discounts. Highly recommend!

Laura was amazing to work with showing us ideas from the case and ideas my daughter came in with until we came up with exactly what my daughter wanted. The selection of gold/silver/copper coins/bullion is impressive, and prices are fair. I felt that I got a good deal on impressive coins, and I will most certainly return!

Mr Taylor The owner had us drive 1 hr just to say he was to busy to talk. When we asked for him to answer a question about ring sizing he asked us to leave. It was the owner of all people!?. They have no inventory and send everything out and upcharge you. Go to a bigger jewelry store. It not worth the money or 7day wait.

Courtney Brown Simply cannot say enough good things about Congress and their amazing staff. Alex has helped us with many purchases, and watched our children grow, always assisting us with new sea shell charms to add to their little collections. Recently we connected over our shared love for the Atocha. It is now exaggeration to share that Alex spent hours with us that day. While we did make a purchase, I think he would I have happily done the same thing if we didn’t buy a thing. We are now proud owners of Atocha reals and hope to have a small collection of our own someday. It is special to know that these purchases have historical importance while also the strong emotional connection of the experience of working with Alex. We can’t wait until next time.

James Pledger No BS. Greg was awesome to deal with, contracted him to make custom engagement ring. He kept in contact every step of the way thought the design process. Even with a somewhat short deadline I needed it finished Greg crushed it and had it done early . The ring looked better than expected and was spot on with the quote. He even stopped what he was doing to fix a shabby repair on my anchor pendant from another jeweler while I waited at no cost. Will be using Cerio’s again.

David Meyers My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmothers. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40s. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmothers ring. This design is based on her grandmothers ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmothers ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.
