He lied on my policy and said I had things I did not to get the best rate he did give me coverage that meet my needs THE WORST PART IS HE STOLE FROM ME TOOK A PAYMENT THAT NEVER WENT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAN WHEN I tried to address it he block my number and threatened me with the policy as if I was in wrong …. 1 /5 Sexy shay: I been with these people over 20 years they is not good ppl they lie make you think they nice my husband put me on to these crooks him an his daughter his daughter have a nasty Attitude I just got a new car called him with the dealer he said, he fax something over saying that I had full coverage when I went in to pay my insurance last month. I did not have full coverage on my car. I’m not dealing with them anymore. I gave them the benefit of the doubt 20+ years of my life these ppl not right especially his daughter smh

Vicky Kinah: Would not recommend. After they sign you up for a policy with any company, you will need to reach a Brightway agent to make any changes. This should be simple as previously each client was assigned one agent and you dealt with them for any questions or changes to your policy. Now you have to go through the 888 number and you will reach a different employee each time. Ive been trying for one month to make a simple change to my policy and have called 20+ times. They are unable to find the original quote which was $500 less the current quote. Each time, I have to explain the issue and they say they will get back to me. No emails or call backs are ever given. There is no manager to ensure that things get done. Requests are apparently given to a "service team" who dont seem to be doing anything. The new quote arrived May 1st. 40+ days later and still not corrected. I need to pay my policy within ten days or I will have 3 uninsured vehicles on the road. I wish I had shopped for a new policy instead of dealing with Brightway. Who knew they would drag out a simple request for a month...
