Not only have I lost weight, I am stronger than I have ever been, despite being a HS and college athlete with a rigorous training schedule. We travel often as we are seasonal Florida residents and I found myself staying longer in town so I can continue my work out routines with Michelle (who is the best, most thoughtful , caring and dedicated trainer I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with). When leaving for Colorado this summer, I was crippled with anxiety over missing out on our sessions. Michelle suggested virtual. Albeit skeptical at first, these virtual sessions have been a complete game changer. I sent over what I have in my home gyms, and Michelle wrote a completely specific routine around what I had access to. They have been so much more helpful and effective than I ever could have imagined. I finally have the freedom to travel without the guilt of missing out on being in the gym. Despite being gone for 3 months, I have continued to get stronger, gain muscle, lose weight and even increased the physical weights by keeping up with the virtual sessions. They are life changing and I strongly recommend anyone who also feels the guilt of traveling, please please please do yourself a favor and book some virtual sessions with the team. They have genuinely changed my life both mentally and physically. I LOVE the feel good team and joining their team has been one of the best decisions i have ever made (other than getting a dog!)

I’ve been coming here pretty inconsistently but every time I come back in I’m welcome with no judgement and to new equipment! I feel comfortable to work out in peace and talk to staff if I need to.

Samira Sowan: Best gym in US. I have tried many gyms but I found LA fitness is the best in all its branches mainly in Lake worth. It’s very well organized not crowded with machines like some gyms like Crunch.. painting the rooms in light natural colors gave it a relaxing and spacious space. Not noisy no loud music. Some gyms think that loud music will boost the energy of people and make them work more but it’s wrong. Customer service and people on the desk are all pleasant and supportive. I highly recommend it .. I love coming to AL Fitness everyday .

Miona Pavino: Ive tried the free pass last week and loved every bit of it. Now I got the membership for 6 months. I tried coming in for 4 days straight and each day was a different workout even if it was the same coach! One hour session is enough and if I want to lift some weights, they have a gym at the back thats included in the membership. I will try to get a session with every coach because you come in not knowing whats going to happen. We love surprises! Also, the cleanliness of the gym is amazing!!! One comment on the sauna though, its smells of body odor that it makes it unbearable (for me) to stay long. Maybe add sauna safe fragrances like eucalyptus, peppermint or cedar?

marc aravena: Well everything starts when i bought a house in Dade city.. not many gyms around the area, so i join… i was coming from eos fitness and previous then that LA fitness.. with that been said my standards were at a higher level, well everything here its old and almost every other week one or two machines were damage. But it doesnt stop there. I get marry and i added my wife , after 3 months i get relocated 120 miles from my previous address well no problem i will go to another one thats local, well i hated this gym… we join planet fitness, so after 2 months leaving at my new address i called to cancel and found out i have to either come in (21/2 hour drive or send them a letter stating i wanna cancel, but al stuck with my wifes contract for a year, paying them $25 byweekly or pay an early termination fee of $250.. please do not join this franchises .. manager wasnt helpfull at all…
