I was shopping for my anniversary, the sales woman, I believe her name was Caren was most helpful in assisting me with various options, she even offered me coffee and water. I was very excited with my selection, on top of it, they gave it a fresh polish to the gorgeous necklace and matching earrings I selected. While I waited, for the Jewelry to be boxed up, Caren had the Jewelers clean my jewelry. The cherry on top of it all was the owner I believe he was, inspected both pieces before being packed up, and thanked me for the business, class act all the way! BTW my wife loves the set and I will definitely be returning to David Barrys! Thank you again!!!! Highly reccomend

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by several of the staff and they were very nice to me. I was practically treated as family. I wanted a custom made engagement rings, and all I needed to do was provide some pictures. When I went to pick up the ring, all my expectations were blown away. It was money well spent! Ill be using David Barry Jewelers for all my jewelry needs as they provide top notch quality for competitive prices. They are very professional and do incredible work!

5 /5 Kelsey: Great prices and work ! I ruined the opal in my engagement ring with hand sanitizer. Seth was able to replace the opal for a great price and it looks amazing. I also got my great grandmothers wedding ring resized too. Thanks Seth !!

Stephanie Feliz: Extremely Disappointing and Stressful Experience I made a purchase at Banter Jewelry and received a receipt confirming payment. Shortly after, a store employee tracked us down while we were shopping in another store, claiming the payment hadn’t gone through and demanded my credit card and receipt back. I refused to give her my card, which was incredibly alarming. I gave back the receipt but then realized I shouldnt have and I quickly returned to the store to retrieve it, stating clearly that if I had a receipt, the item was paid for, I left and walked back in the store I was shopping at. While I was still in the store, I could see that they called security. I decided to contact my bank, which confirmed the charge had gone through. I showed this to the security guard, who agreed the case was closed. I then walked back to the store I was shopping in to complete my purchase. However, as we were leaving, we were approached by five police officers and the same salesperson. I had to re-prove the payment again by calling my bank a second time — despite already having a receipt and confirmation. Even checking my account a week later that the sale was posted! In the end, I left with my jewelry, but the entire experience felt like profiling and an attempt to scam us. Thankfully, both security and police sided with us, but the stress and embarrassment were completely unnecessary by this store. I would not recommend shopping here, especially if you value respectful treatment and a smooth transaction.
