Stephanie Feliz Extremely Disappointing and Stressful Experience I made a purchase at Banter Jewelry and received a receipt confirming payment. Shortly after, a store employee tracked us down while we were shopping in another store, claiming the payment hadn’t gone through and demanded my credit card and receipt back. I refused to give her my card, which was incredibly alarming. I gave back the receipt but then realized I shouldnt have and I quickly returned to the store to retrieve it, stating clearly that if I had a receipt, the item was paid for, I left and walked back in the store I was shopping at. While I was still in the store, I could see that they called security. I decided to contact my bank, which confirmed the charge had gone through. I showed this to the security guard, who agreed the case was closed. I then walked back to the store I was shopping in to complete my purchase. However, as we were leaving, we were approached by five police officers and the same salesperson. I had to re-prove the payment again by calling my bank a second time — despite already having a receipt and confirmation. Even checking my account a week later that the sale was posted! In the end, I left with my jewelry, but the entire experience felt like profiling and an attempt to scam us. Thankfully, both security and police sided with us, but the stress and embarrassment were completely unnecessary by this store. I would not recommend shopping here, especially if you value respectful treatment and a smooth transaction.

Bruce InCharlotte Its a farmers market but for jewlers! A number of separately owned and operated counters here all competing for customer as you walk the aisles looking to buy or sell or whatever. Chains, rings, necklaces, you name it. Dad brought us here because he needed a watch battery replaced. Yes, people still wear watches. Not me, but others. He knew exactly where we were headed as hes had work done here before. There is plenty of parking and there is an armed security guard on patrol. Its all good here.

Gus Tezaris Donna is amazing! My wife Elena loves her. They have exceptional pieces for any occasion. All the pieces that my wife purchased are high quality and very unique. She always gets compliments. Especially, the Tree of Life pendant. It’s beautiful. Would not shop anywhere else. Sterling waves is the only jewelry shop for us! I highly recommend visiting them!

Shelley Breitman I recently had the good fortune of visiting canyon jewelers u. The canyon on Boynton beach Blvd and Lyons road. Met with Ronen and his wife Pilar Shmaya. They helped both my husband and I in every way They showed items in our price range. We were late at getting a 50th birthday gift for our daughter they made a promise to order receive it and have it delivered to her in time for her birthday Sunday it has arrived I can’t thank this couple enough for their sincere caring demeanor.

Brian Leibowitz These are not honest jewelers! I purchased some earring setting from them to reset my earrings. Instead of putting them in the new setting, they just took my earrings in the old setting and just shoved them into the new setting. A few weeks later, I realized what they did and asked them to fix it. They told me it was my own problem and I should have realized the mistake when I picked them up. The owner put her finger in my face and told me the customer is not always right. She made a huge scene. Very unprofessional. I am now stuck with earrings that were not properly set after paying a lot of money. Shame on these people. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

He kept me involved and updated on the custom pendant throughout the process and kept me informed of any changes the entire build out time. They are pretty efficient regarding response time and prioritizing inquiries. My constructive feedback is to work on improving the call center experience & expand the email service.
