Afterward, it occurred to me that the saleswoman had told me during the initial sale that they only carry one single pair of each style at the store. How then were they able to produce an identical pair with no flaws? After that lie, they lost all credibility in my eyes. Giving one star for a good selection. If you want to try on a bunch of stuff and buy elsewhere its a good place for that. Otherwise, I would not go.

He, as Im sure others with Pacific Jewelry, has been fair and honest with pricing. My latest purchase was a beautiful baguette diamond ring (for Mothers Day). I prong must have been loose and a very small, yet noticeable diamond, slipped out. I brought the ring in for repair and the diamond was replaced, ALL prongs were checked and the ring was polished. All within 3 days! This store is on a busy street and it can be months before I stop to shop or say hello. Alex always remembers us. I appreciate that.
