I went down the street to Bank of America and they went out of there way to help me. Skip Truist and go to Bank of America.

    Verearchela Malcolm: The bank manager came out spoke to one client only while the line was outside of the door he did not one thing to move the line the one teller that was there was helping the same one client that the bank manager spoke to for over an hour which she was still helping after I left. The other teller came off of her lunch break yo help move the line. Awful as a banking institution especially .

    Kimberly Moore: I have a hard time believing this place has this many good reviews because literally everyone I talk to (people randomly using cards where I work, people Im close to, and acquaintances-a wide variety of people) absolutely hate it. Its the worst bank Ive ever had, from their policies to online banking. The customer service is terrible and my inability to get on the online banking that I thought was me, was something the people at the branch on the vystar software also couldnt do. Call customer service? Hello, you are on the Vystar computer and YOU cant do it? Couldnt give me a reason why. Everything about this bank sucks. Everything. If you open an account here, dont say you werent warned.
