    Larry Neely: Today, I went in to speak about an issue and pickup a repaired item. I spoke to a staff member who told me that my sales associate Denise was finishing up. She asked what it was about and I stated I need to speak to her about an issue I was upset about. Not only did she help me ( I didnt get her name) but Thorpe the security guard asked to help and even contacted Kim the manager for me. I did speak with Kim for quite a while, who listened and addressed my concerns. Kim, Denise and Thorpe are fantastic. Denise has helped my wife and I for years. Kim went way up and beyond to remedy the situation but most of all took the time to listen and validate my concerns. David Yurman has some great employees here. Kim has a great staff and you should definitely buy your David Yurman pieces here.

    813 Jcuts (Your homeboy): I bought a 1500 dollar Cuban link the chain color turned horrible looks copper I went in to discuss my concern n they trying sake me a new one smh. Literary put another chain next to it the guy quickly didn’t know what to say won’t exchange unless I pay 600 dollars more. They think they going rip me off again. Instead of taking care of their costumers. I have bought for my kids n my self there multiple times n now this how they treating their costumers. Mind you I have took this chain before to clean and still same isue I even replace the clasp and is not even same color because the chain looks so bad. I don’t recommend people don’t waste your money here. Horible experience and my loss of 1500 dollars. Look at clasp color compare to chain pictures may not do justice but u can see even the ring next is same as clasp but chain is coper color

    Mandy Rivera: I think there’s new management now, as none of the same people I dealt with before were present when I decided to sell some jewelry. In the past, the pricing was very transparent and different prices were provided for 10k and 14k gold. I was always told the trading price for gold and the weight of my items. However, when I recently sold my gold it was all lumped together and the pricing was not nearly as transparent as my experiences with the older gentlemen I typically worked with. I don’t think I’d return, which is disappointing because I’ve sold many items here over the years.
