Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful. She went as far as to sit down with me at a computer and customize what I was looking for from the ground up. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to even reply to my text messages on her day off. All staff members at Kishek Jewelers, are extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Such an amazing experience and love their no-pressure approach. The only jeweler that I will support for future purchases. I see some unfair reviews about having to set an appointment to enter the showroom. Personally, I appreciate the family for being considerate enough to ensure customers and staff are always in a safe environment. I think it’s very reasonable.
