We first met Christa Crapps (SanMarco) at the Avondale location on a first time pop-in to check out the store. What an utter, true blessing it was to meet her.....an immediate bond and friendship. She has helped me immensely with several very treasured inherited pieces from my parents, whether it be redesigning them to fit me or securing the integrity of them due to be old pieces. How I value her immense knowledge and the work they do there. Due to my inherent trust of Christa and Underwoods, my niece in Virginia has her inherited jewelry done there too! I have also worked with Mary Laurel and Aracely, I trust them implicitly! While I may mention these wonderful ladies, the entire staff are kind, attentive and always care!! The family is very well-known in our community for their honor and integrity, as well as having the most exclusive gold jewelry you’ll ever find! All staff members at Kishek Jewelers, are extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Such an amazing experience and love their no-pressure approach. The only jeweler that I will support for future purchases. I see some unfair reviews about having to set an appointment to enter the showroom. Personally, I appreciate the family for being considerate enough to ensure customers and staff are always in a safe environment. I think it’s very reasonable. As a bonus, the security guards are very pleasant and welcome you inside with a smile. If you’re looking for a special gift for yourself or someone else, look no further than Kishek Jewelers. I highly recommended them!

Tarkea Shuman: This was such an unpleasant, rude, unprofessional experience. I went in store to look at the sales after not seeing what I wanted online. As I walking in the store I was not greeted but everyone employee was helping other customers so that’s fine. I walked around the store looking for the rings. After finding them I stand in front of the counter that has charms on the left rights in the middle and bracelets on the left. As I stand looking at the rings a customer is talking to an employee behind the counter comes over REACH OVER ME and points to the brackets she wants. Not once did the RUDE customer or employee say excuse me. I was not moving since I was there first and have every right to be there just like that RUDE customer. The customer reach over me again and her hairy arm brushed against me not once did she say excuse me. Finally the employee said “sorry we are looking at the clearance bracelets.” This was the worst experience ever. I am considering returning the ring I purchased online because I’m disappointed in the company as a whole. I went to the store at 4:00pm on July 1st. The employee was a young lady I believe with short hair please tell her how she should have handled this better. If I could give 0 stars I would. They both are lucky I was holding my tongue or else I would have had some unkind words for both the employee and the hairy armed customer. Do better

Ramia Williams: We overpaid. $1400 for 8 on 8 just for it to not even be 10k ! Tried to sell it to get a new one and they tested it right in front of me its not 14k not even 10k must be 8. Wish we can come get some of our money back at least this ridiculous. Do not go here if you plan on investing in jewelry this is a bad investment. I will not be going back here.

A lot of crystal stores I’ve been to offer tumbled, polished, and sometimes fake crystals. There is nothing wrong with tumbled and polished crystals however I love a crystal shop with variety. This is the place. I’ve gotten so many beautiful crystals and statement pieces here. The service is impeccable and I’m always helped. Fantastic place with fantastic crystals. My favorites I’ve gotten from here are Grape Agate and Pink Amethyst. It is a little pricey but hey! High quality crystals. I will be back.
