They, along with the manager Jenna and patrons in the community foster an environment of judgement-free inclusion and make this a wonderful place to workout! 5 /5 Nathan Masucci: Been to a few F45s in my day and none have really disappointed, honestly. However, some are more welcoming than others or have perks that others dont have, like fun coaches or positive vibes. Coach Nat and team really bring it on. Everyone is personable, the workouts are intense (if you want them to be) and everyone is there for a purpose. Youll make friends, burn a ton of calories, get in shape and Im not sure there is anything else you can ask for.

Not only do they provide great instruction and feedback but they also really watch everyone and are able to provide modifications if needed. I look forward to going and have met some really nice people-- positive vibes all around!

Scott Ziegler: Good overall Management and staff mostly provide good operations and service. A few are excellent like the front desk service. A safe parking lot is expected, but with the four car break-ins on July 4, 2025 this must be addressed from the top with solid, swift procedures, communication and a new surveillance system. Also, repair broken items in days instead of weeks. Keep signs posted that detail things not to do that break the men’s sauna and steam room equipment. Ensure that member conduct (especially middle schoolers) inside the building is above board. The steam room and the Foxtail coffee area are unique and important assets. As a highly recognized community landmark and asset, don’t wait too long like I did to visit the DP Y as it strives to improve.

samantha martinez: I have been coming to this gym since we moved here 5 years ago and I absolutely love it here. The staff is very understanding, Professional and kind. The gym is always very well maintained and clean and overall has a great vibe. I never understand the reviews that people give for this gym and I honestly think it has something to do with a personal situation. These are very rare occurrence where it leaves a negative taste in their mouth and shouldn’t reflect the Gym‘s overall standing. Recently, I was also able to start training with my 12 year-old and now she is in the best shape ever. Keep in mind she does not train on her own. She’s always supervised and with me and I did sign a waiver, but this was also to allow for her to become healthier overall and the gym allows it without issue. As a whole, we really love this gym not just for ourselves individually, but for our entire family. Speaking from someone that has been at this gym for a while do not take the negative comments that people leave about this Gym seriously at all. Go and try it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Esteban Garcia: A great quiet gym to work out. The only downfall is the "coach" they hired. Young man always works out and screams while lifting as if hes lifting a truck. Guys crying for attention. No need for all the raucous. Kid needs to learn how to read the room and realize hes the clown screaming while working out. Aside from that nuisance, the gym is recommended.
