Fortunately the tiltle company I normally use in Miami was nice enough to explain the process to me and refer me to a company "The closing signing service" They were able to facilitate the ROM closing. Even the fee for them was an issue having Caloosa add to Hud1. Finally when it was time to cut my commission check. I waited a week and was told the bookeeper had an emergency and was out the office. OK, No Problem I said! I sent wire instructions and asked them to waive the $35.00 wire fee.The response was NO. I had to wait a week for your employees emergency and you couldnt reciprocate my understanding by waiving a $35.00 fee? Ill let the readers decide how professional your company behaved.
