1 /5 Osvaldo Gutierrez: I had a very disappointing experience with Fiesta Auto Insurance . Unfortunately, some of the staff, particularly the ladies I interacted with, were unprofessional dismissive and extremely rude . They seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than addressing my concerns. It took multiple attempts to get a clear answers, to no avail, and I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously throughout the process.
Professionalism and customer service are crucial in the insurance industry, and this experience left me questioning the company’s priorities. I would recommend management invest in better training to improve communication and service standards.
I am upset and frustrated with how poorly this was handled, and I expected much better from a professional in the insurance industry. This experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing with this company. I hope they address these issues and improve their standards of service.
