I initially contacted her over a month ago to cancel an existing policy and request a refund. She replied promptly, and the paperwork was completed and submitted within two hours of reaching out. The insurance company estimated a timeline of 7–10 business days for processing the refund. However, 15 days later, I still hadn’t received it.
Upon contacting the insurance company myself, I learned that the document I had submitted was not in the correct format (I sent a photo, but they required it to be scanned). I reached out to Jane again, and she quickly resubmitted the document in the correct format, confirmed receipt, and even shared a copy of her chat with the agent, who assured us it would take another 3–5 business days.
Unfortunately, 12 business days later, there was still no refund. Frustrated, I contacted the insurance company again, only to be told they had no record of a refund request and that I needed to go through my agent. At this point, I was livid. I reached out to Jane before 9 a.m., asking if she could join a conference call. To my surprise, she answered immediately.
I explained the situation to her, and without hesitation, she agreed to join the call. After transferring to another representative, we were informed that they now needed a DocuSign certification of my signature—something no company typically requests. Even after that, they questioned why I had an additional last name, requiring yet another set of documents.
Through all of this, Jane was patient, professional, and proactive. She remained fully committed to resolving the issue, never once showing frustration or irritation, despite the excessive and bureaucratic hurdles.
We are now in the final waiting period, and I’m confident the matter will soon be resolved. If more documentation is required, I know Jane will be there to assist. She truly operates with her clients best interests at heart. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
