The rude response from the associate which in today day in age was we will only work w our clients.
I have to say you definitely lost a client or future client.
I drove over to Wells Fargo which is in the same parking lot across from am trust
They took care of it with out me being a client no attitude no look of disgust no issue
This companies associates should be trained in the correctly on how to retain future customers
