5 /5 Dzindzi A.: My experience with Brooke today was AMAZING and far exceeded my expectations for an insurance inquiry customer service call. I typically expect to spend upwards of an hour on the phone nowadays problem solving anything customer service related and I never expect to get an actual human on the phone at first. Brooke was SUPER informative. She literally answered questions before I could ask them and was two steps ahead in helping me with what I needed. I had literally zero questions at the end of our chat and was at a loss for words (in the BEST way) with how the call went. Thank you for being a wealth of knowledge, helpful, and so incredibly kind.
