Ive had a watch in need of a battery for too many years and was concerned it would no longer work (I would never go back to the jewelers on 50). Mr. Ramchand at Golden Touch was a great find and any repairs or purchase I need in the future, I will be going back to him. He quickly and efficiently replaced the battery and fixed my necklace without a hitch and for less than I wouldve expected to pay. I am really pleased with his honesty and his work.
