1 /5 Likely Stoned: The customer service sucks! I had a ring made which I loved however he never contacted me to tell me it was finished. I really wish I would have spent all that money with a different jeweler! I tried to have him order other rings and still haven’t heard from him honestly take the time to leave town to find somewhere else, Because this place is slow as molasses and doesn’t respect you, unless you have a certain last name clearly! I’ve been to several jewelry stores since and got what I was looking for in two weeks compared to the 8months it took for this place to get my ring made and then not contact me to even say it’s done!

5 /5 Alaina Oscarson: Had my wedding ring and band brought in to have them brought down a size. Heartland Gold did an incredible job! The soldering job is flawless and the size is perfect. They polished it up and got it looking brand new. I will most definitely be returning for anything I need.

Carson Vazquez: I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :). Ari is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and to top it all off, I got to meet his sweet girl Ginger, the sweetest assistant who made the whole visit even more special. It’s rare to find service this personal and thoughtful these days. We highly recommend!

David P: "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago.
