1 /5 4me4u4two: Came in from out of town for a work trip, (I live 3 hrs away) and called yesterday the 4th to make sure they were open and the hours were till 5:30 and the lady said yes. I ended up going today the 5th hauling ass from work when I got out at 4:30 in Palm Beach Gardens, to make it there by 5:10pm just for them to have a sign they are closed this week! There is no message when you call the store # with this info, no one answers, all there is, is a piece of paper when you get there! I wasted so much time and gas! I needed my rings sized and they always said there is no "warranty" to purchase "we just do right by the customer", well how is this doing right by customers? So disappointed in them. Will not be shopping here again.

5 /5 Kelly Maglio: Michael helped me replace my engagement ring that I lost. Unlike other jewelers Id visited, Michael went out of his way to replicate the ring my husband had designed for me. They were patient with my questions, educated me regarding my options and worked within my budget. Customer service is excellent here and I look forward to doing business with them again.
