Jeff L: When I received my Homeowners Policy renewal, I asked by email to have a review of the policy and to get competitive quotes to compare. When I called to see if they started, I was told that my agent was no long there and no one was aware of my email. I discussed it with the Office Manager and went over what I wanted. I requested a return phone call. After 3 messages I received a voice mail from the Agency Owner (since I was not home). Over a two week period I spoke with the Office Manager 3 times (and left 2 messages) and never received any of the information or another return call. With service like this, I can understand why people buy on line. Absolutely NO Customer service or respect from this Agency and its people. I have switched my policies to other agencies.

My experience with Henry at Etheze Insurance Agency was straight-up trash. I reached out for help with homeowners insurance, asked a few questions to understand my options — and this guy hits me with a nasty attitude like I was bothering him. When I told him he didn’t need to be a jerk, instead of acting professional, he got petty and refused to email me my quote. That’s right — I was denied basic service because his ego couldn’t handle being called out (politely, at that). This is exactly the kind of person who gives agencies a bad name. If Etheze lets someone like Henry represent their company, that tells me everything I need to know. I’ll gladly take my business somewhere that actually respects people. Avoid this agency unless you enjoy being disrespected and denied service for standing up for yourself.
