From the initial consultation to the final approval, Marita was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to explain all of my options, making sure I understood each step of the process and felt confident in my decision. Maritas dedication to providing top-notch service made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. If youre in the market for an auto loan, I highly recommend working with her. 1 /5 Fernando Gonzales: I’ve been banking at this location for about 4 years now and the service is usually above average. They use to be very friendly and helpful. I noticed the service diminishing in the last several months and today was absolutely the worst. There were 2 customers at the tellers and nobody else in line. I waited 10 minutes before they were finished and the open teller still had me waiting another 5 minutes while he looked over something I guess more important. As I left, there wasn’t even an effort to stop me to try and help me with my deposit. I always thought of Grow as a neighborhood bank but with this newer staffing it feels cold. If you’re needing a bank to just keep your money, it’s perfect. But if you’re looking for a bank with friendly teller’s and great service, I’d recommend another bank or another location.

5 /5 Robert Wells: I’m from out of town, I’m working on a construction project here in Springhill Florida. I recently purchased a vehicle from a local dealership in Brooksville Florida. Grow Financial, happened to be the first choice for financing my new to me vehicle. Karina Schweitzer has been assisting me with completing the financing process of my new to me vehicle. She has been so helpful & diligent. Once that was completed, I asked her about refinancing my other vehicle that I bought brand new last August. She went to work right away & we completed another task! Then I asked about a checking account with Grow Financial. She completed that task & then she asked me about applying for a Grow Financial credit card….after we discussed rates. Another successful task completed! She then assisted me with setting up my mobile banking app. I’m very Thankful for Karina, all her knowledge & hard work! Thank You very much Karina for all your patience, support & help getting all this set up for me!!

1 /5 Dakota Ornduff: They were a great bank until I lost my card and had 600 dollars in unknown charges on my account and they were not able to correct the issue. Instead they put the blame on their customer. I don’t recommend this bank unless you want to feel unsafe with your money. There are Plenty of other options out there before you choose this bank.
