5 /5 Christopher Jackson: Chris at the PSL HEW was very helpful, encouraging, and did his best to make me feel comfortable. Everyone that I encountered there was very welcoming and supportive. The coaches explained and demonstrated each individual exercise before having us start and even gave us time to practice them before we got started. The bar for the exercises was set pretty high, but they made sure to demonstrate incrementally easier and/or less intense variations so that everyone in there had a level that they COULD do starting out, but also a goal level that they could work towards. I haven’t decided if I am going to sign up yet because it really was HARD (like the name says)! I’ll make that decision after I see how I’m feeling in a few days lol

5 /5 Daryan Meade: Today was my first time attending Hew, I have prior experience working out and lifting but have not been active in some time. Hew is a high energy high motivational gym. They start where you are comfortable and understand all restrictions and modifications that may be needed. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to regain their confidence and is ready to be the best version of themselves. I’m excited for the new version of myself that is to come! Are you?

Ro Fi: Try it! Your first class is free. Its unlike anything I have ever experienced before. Its challenging, but you can make modifications and Im told that it never actually gets "easier"... but that as time goes on the person who is exercising gets stronger! Everyone Ive met has been kind and Coach Mack is helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend it! Youve got this! (coming from likely one of the most UN-FIT people to have tried Largee)

Planet Fitness - Port St. Lucie

Frenite: This planet fitness is a very good gym overall. There’s expensive space, no shortage of equipment, friendly staff, clean facility, and the prices are very reasonable. You can get any workout you want here because of their large variety of machines and equipment. I don’t know what else you could ask for in a gym. I give this place my full recommendation.

After running into some roadblocks, Nico was incredibly helpful and steadfast in resolving them. His communication skills are top-notch, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about people. Even after the sale was over, he spent his time to ensure everything was just right. I have no real way to thank him other than by sharing this review and highlighting how great it was to work with him. Linda Durbesson: At first, I was happy and relieved to find a gym that has it all. After a time there, I noticed the gym was very hot. I thought it was one of the AC broken. And after saying a thing about it, it turned out to be that it was. The temperature was reading 79-80. After being changed, and at this time it is still 77-78…. Saying it’s hot wouldn’t be a bad joke. If it was only that I would maybe tolerate or asked to lower at a decent temperature like 75-76. But because the gym has crackes at door and everywhere heat specifically now in summer, where temperature can raise up/above to 95°F - YIKE. It’s a strike! On top of this the monthly fee is $75 + tax, which is pretty expensive but again sometimes it’s worth it when it’s a high end gym. We say pictures say more than words. I let you see for yourself. Despite sharing thoughts to Bob about what could be going better for the gym, it’s left as is because that’s the ways it’s always been. The gyms critically unmaintained, unreasonably hot and at a high price. It just isnt matching. I hate being the bad guy bringing the news, but if those 2 first points at least would be revisited - it would be a great review from me. I’ve been in thousands of gym and I’m sad to say it has been one of the most disappointing.

Lisa Thurston: My son went for summer camp. He was injured by another child landing on top of him. They definitely do not have enough staff and they are hyper vigilant about creating another charge. As an example I was told if I bought my child before 8:55am I should consider paying before care. Even doctors offices give a 15 minute grace period. Very disappointing
