1 /5 Connor OReilly: Called multiple times during staffed hours for 3 day free trial membership…no response. Terrible customer service. Hours on google say they are staffed until 3pm on Saturday, so I drove there around 1:30 and the doors were locked. I come to find out that they actually close at 1pm on Saturdays, which is not what Google says on their page. Drove 25 minutes each way for nothing. If you’re going to run a business, make sure the information you provide online is accurate and not a bunch of bogus. When you search up HiTone Fitness, the first thing you see is false hours. Bogus place, don’t go here.

1 /5 Alec Garner: This place is trash. Moved to Nocatee the beginning of this year and made the massive mistake of giving this rundown, ill-equipped, and rebranded Anytime fitness a chance. And that’s no slight to Anytime fitness as comparing the 2 would be wildly too complimentary of this dump. Ironically, I once frequented Hitone’s Lake City location and the contrast only clarified the exploitation of St Augustine residents. The equipment is gross and falling apart. Every pad on every machine is wobbly. The mia staff and management only depress this horrible excuse for a gym from a 1 star to what should be less.

1 /5 Diana Fortin: Is this place even open? Went by 4 different times on my way to Publix. Doors locked, windows tinted, and no one opens the door. Hard to get a membership when no one opens the door.

She is so encouraging and really cares about each client and meeting their individual needs. I, personally, have gained so much confidence in my ability to suit up, show up and sweat it out. I was able to participate in a fun run 5K Due to my workout at Orangetheory. Looking forward to my next work out. Love all the coaches, they do create a personal touch. And I like the accountability when pre-signing up and the cancellation policy for the classes, it helps me to be more Mindful when scheduling and showing up for the workout

The energy hits you as soon as you walk in—high-fives, encouragement, and a true family feel. Everyone roots for each other, and it’s easy to build real friendships through the shared sweat and effort. The workouts are 45 minutes long and pack a punch. They’re fast-paced and always changing, mixing cardio and strength training so you never get bored. The trainers do an amazing job of keeping everyone engaged, correcting form, offering modifications when needed, and pushing you just the right amount -- because we can do hard things even when we think we cant. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, they make sure you feel challenged but not overwhelmed. One of my favorite things is how flexible the schedule is. They run the same workout multiple times a day—usually six or seven—so if you miss your morning camp, you can just jump into a later one. That flexibility made it so much easier for me to stay consistent. Since joining, I’ve felt stronger, more confident, and have even noticed positive changes in my lifestyle—like better eating habits and a healthier mindset overall. The trainers truly care about helping you reach your goals, and the community keeps you coming back. Stephen Hornak: Dropped in for a week and was thoroughly impressed. This box is the real deal. I was so impressed to be coached by a CF-L4, and you could immediately see the difference. Even with a relatively large class, I felt like I got personalized attention throughout the session. During the warmup and workout every movement detail was seen and corrected, no fault went unnoticed, even the subtle ones for someone whos been doing CrossFit for a while. Top-tier coaching for the entire week, great atmosphere, Ill definitely be back!

They post the workouts daily, so even if you’re out of town you can do modified versions wherever you are.
