1 /5 Lesslie: Time for Jo to retire. She’d rather talk with buddies than help someone with their taxes. On the positive side, I finally realized if these dummies can do taxes so can I. lol. Good place for a bakery.

5 /5 Sandra McCumber: Paula was patient with me as we took a second look at my taxes this year. She is very knowledgeable and I will continue to schedule all my tax appointments with her! Very professional even when under pressure. Also took the time to confirm with management when having a question with regards to carryover taxes. I’d give her 10 stars if the system would allow! Jo Williamson will over charge you for her services even though HR Block has clear outlined pricing for services and the manager Perry is fine with letting his employees overcharge and treat customers poorly. I was severely over charged for a simple form and then told they would not fax my information to the IRS even though they were supposed to. Please contact hrblock.com for pricing before going to this location. Thanks for robbing me Jo and Perry- J. Lay
