1 /5 Kevin Dettman: Highly disappointed, both times I have pawned itwms, I was told they had a texting service to remind customers their payment was due or past due etc. Neither time was I called, texted or otherwise notified. The first time they screwed me, I was told the system wasnt working and too bad, my item was sold, the owner claimed he was able to buy them back for 3 times the value of the ticket, the second time, today, they claim yhe owner did not want to pay the $3000.00 for the system, so again, I lost a thousand dollar set of earrings that they claim they still had 3 days ago, but due to my job I could not get there till today, with cash in hand to redeem the ticket with interest, conveniently the earrings were supposedly sold, and the ring was "in the scrap pile, in the safe" they charged me 80% of the ticket for just the ring and screwed me on the earings. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT BUSINESS AGAIN!!!! YOU LOST A GOOD PAYING CUSTOMER, Ive had multiple tickets, and now you want to play games!!! The Dept of Agriculture will be getting a formal complaint!!!
