    Laura Southgate: Very unhappy with this agency. I was contacted regarding the UPC liquidation with request to call them for assistance with finding a new home insurance company. I called back Lisa Rosendahl and found her to be rude and condescending. It immediately turned me off from working with this agency to find my new insurance. The conversation was left that I would contact them back if I needed any further assistance. I found a different agent with another agency and got set up with a new insurance policy. Next thing I know I got a policy packet from a different insurance that Sunshine Agency had pushed through without my signature or agreement. We then had to work on canceling it as our escrow got pulled for 2 premiums. I am very disappointed with my experience with this company, especially as I didnt initiate contact with them. They were nothing more than a thorn in my side with this whole process.

    Kristy Realtalkin: The agent (Carol)at this location is skimming off the top of your quotes & payments. She over charges you especially if she knows your in a bind for insurance. She comes off nice at first but you have to watch her. Im surprised more people havent reported her or come forth about it. Why...everybody is struggling. Its called integrity & morals & making sure you keep the customers happy. I understand if the job is not paying you well but come on its no need to steal from anyone. You reap what you so & its always some that will do better. After this last time Im officially done. Im just making people aware dont take my word observe & pay attention yourselves, if she gives you a quote go & research on line or in person & see for yourself. I see it happen to one other person & I just shook my head. I cant stand a thief & I hate a liar. People work hard just like her or anybody else & if you have to steal at another persons (a paying customer at that) expense then you need to find you some additional income like the rest of us. Pay attention to your money is what im saying.

    Christopher Snyder: Im extremely disappointed with Frontline Insurance. After filing a claim, I felt like we were lowballed and shortchanged. The process was slow, and the settlement didnt cover nearly enough of our losses. It feels like they prioritized profits over people. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Frontline Insurance has been a nightmare to deal with. They found every way possible to minimize our payout. The adjuster seemed more interested in finding loopholes than honoring their customers policy. Thousands of dollars in losses, and were still waiting for a fair resolution. Their customer service is unresponsive, and its clear theyre more focused on their bottom line than their customers needs. Avoid them at all costs. They never paid us because we didnt come to an agreement now that the time ran out they dont want to pay us nothing. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE WITH THEM! STAY AWAY FROM FRONT LINE INSURANCE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: Frontline Insurance ripped my family off thousands of dollars after we filed a legitimate claim. Their adjusters seemed more like investigators trying to find reasons to deny coverage rather than helping us through a tough time. The communication was poor, the process was slow, and the final settlement was insultingly low. Its clear theyre prioritizing profits over people. Weve had to fight tooth and nail for every penny, and its been incredibly stressful. Id advise anyone considering Frontline Insurance to think twice – there are better options out there that actually care about their customers.
