Once he answered, I stated, "hello, I was calling bc i wanted to get some advice on a couple of jewelry pieces that I have. Ive done some research and when it comes to watches, it looks like you guys only deal with the Rolex...is that correct?" He then states, "sir, please...just tell me what it is you have because I have other people here and im here by myself!" I then hung up immediately. His choice of words, tone, and lack of TACT gave rude and very disrespectful from the jump, and I will NEVER call or visit this location ever again. If youre THAT busy and overwhelmed, then let the phone go to voice mail or something. Dont take your frustration out on potentially very good quality clients, because thats what I am...or couldve been. Never again.
