2 /5 Arthur Meusel: Dropped off omega seamaster for new battery , returned to pick up and asked about pressure testing for water resistance, she said no way and no guarantee, and no one in town that does... not true.... Caution if you plan to use your watch as intended, be careful! Removed new battery, did not charge me.Took to another off ss blvd, for proper replacement and testing. Much more expensive but a proper repair.

Monahan jewelry in Atlantic beach told me they could not fix my necklace and told me it was not worth keeping. Fast fix in St Johns town center was also not able to fix it. I highly recommend Master Jewelry, they even gave me a 3 month warranty

The watch initially was over-adjusted and he fixed it right away to make it a good fit without charging extra. I appreciate the help!

Once I removed it, the stone started to wobble. On August 22, we went back to the store to have the stone secured. However, they refused to help, saying we didn’t have a warranty. Spending over $5,000 on a ring and not even being able to get assistance within the first year is a huge disappointment. We ended up going to Helzberg Diamonds, where we’ve never been denied help. The difference in service is night and day.

I had originally picked out an oval solitaire but once it came in I changed my mind and wanted a cushion cut. Ellanita was so sweet and patient with me during every visit which I really appreciated because I was so indecisive. She helped me pick out the most gorgeous diamond, setting and band. Highly recommend this location!!
