Lisa the licensed customer service representative in particular was extremely helpful in obtaining my new Home Owners Policy. She went above and beyond to help me. For that, I am extremely grateful. They got me really great rates and discounts as a student. It was nice to have a dedicated agent that their office would always answer the phone when I called and helped me right there and then, and they also were available to text about quotes too which was super convenient. They even sent me a birthday card in the mail! Super sweet office. 10/10
