5 /5 Valerie Thomas: Lisa Scott is amazing! She was extremely busy but she promised to try to quote a new policy for me that day, or if she couldnt get to it, by 1:00 the next day. She called me back by noon the following day. Just by following up as she said she would, she earned my respect. She found and quoted a policy for us that is going to cost us HALF of the old policy.
