1 /5 alex dillman: Horrible experience with this location. From entering to speaking with guest services was crappy interaction. The front desk gestapo wanted an ID for a guest pass. Said okay and stepped to side for locating my ID. Decided it be better to ask for a tour of the locations so I could check out the boxing bags. Since that was reason for wanting guest pass. This employee interrupted conversation between another employee to jump into the conversation. If I could figure out why this employee decided it be imperative to interrupt guest services from doing their job, it would be comforting... The previous la fitness I was a member of had friendly staff. I know you dont need show an Id to receive a tour of a gym.... Why are your employees taking upon themselves to interrupt an established method of communicating with customers trying create clients. A pleasant experience is supposed be welcome at location. I wanted rejoin an la fitness as I moved closer from the one off university. Yall need a new manager....
