    Dariia Dikhtiarenko: I really enjoyed this gym, especially under the previous management who were always so nice. Unfortunately, the cancellation process was a nightmare. Charging $82 just to cancel because they could not answer phone . I’d recommend going to another gym where you’ll find cleaner facilities, newer equipment, and a more professional staff.

    Chad Joseph: Ive been at this gym since it first opened. I was even on the notification list for it when it was getting built. So when I say this gym has been on a steady decline since it opened, that is no exaggeration. I work in Pompano, so Ive had the pleasure of visiting that Amped location. It is like night and day. This location consistently has 5+ machines on a break for months and months one end. That is due to their negligence. Pembroke Pines Amped doesnt have any sort of maintenance crew. The 5+ machines dont include the AC or water fountains that are always down. As Im typing they are currently down. If you have no other choice, get your work in, but if you do somewhere else. Member retention doesnt seem to be their concern. NOTE: Ive update my satisfaction from 1 to 3. Many of my concerns have been addressed since the 5 months of posting. Major props for hiring and regular maintenance worker. Turn around time is a lot shorter. Thank everyone for the likes so Amped was able to see the message.

    Joshua Artrip: Hello, to anyone reading this post… I joined Showdown Training Club in April of 2025, I am now on my 5th month of pretty consistent training, I go about 3 times a week and I’ve lost 20lbs already. I weighted 190 when I stared and I am now 170 and feeling stronger and healthier than I have in my entire adult life. If you are considering joining I highly recommend it. It’s changed my life. The coaches are extremely personable and caring and that carries over to all the members at this gym. Just sign up, give it a chance, and you’ll understand.

    Michael Lee: An excellent outdoor fitness area! The equipment is state of the art, high quality and easy to use. Theres plenty of space and different exercises, so many can utilize at one time. Theres a public drinking fountain on site and a splash zone, should you choose to cool off after your workout. A great view of the beach always makes a workout more enjoyable.

    MD Simmons Productions, LLC: Words cant begin to express how much this gym and the Coaches, especially Pastor Coach has changed my life and most importantly, MY FAMILY! The fact that my entire family can workout together is priceless! The constant positive attitudes of the members and t he staff makes me always enjoying going, even on my bad days when life is LIFIN There is no other gym like this where you and your family can get and stay fit together! Oh and then Taco Tuesdays is the icing on the cake for me. There is a chef who serves delicious tacos - you wont be disappointed!!

    Jere Br: I train with Ralph and he is one of the best coaches that I’ve came across. Everyday you will be doing new exercises and pushed beyond your normal capabilities. If you are in search of a new strength and conditioning coach, I strongly advised you to check out the facility and speak with Ralph. You will improve not only your physical health, but mental health as well. The environment is very open arms. If you have a set goal physically in regards to a sport, occupation, or general health and wellness, you will not be disappointed with your results after training at this facility. I have no regrets with joining this gym as I feel physically stronger, mentally tougher, and durable due to training with Ralph as my coach.

    Sabotage: This dance studio offers a wide variety of dance classes. I highly recommend the oriental dance classes / belly dance. The space is clean and beautiful, the instructors are inspiring, and the energy in every class is so motivating. The owner, Oksana, is a huge part of why this place feels special she’s warm, supportive, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel comfortable and encouraged here. Highly recommend!
