I finally got them on the phone and II asked to speak to my agent and was told he was on vacation., I had already left him several messages. I talked to one of the office people and was told I needed to call my insurance co. Bottom line they don’t care about their customers once you purchase insurance from them. Then las week I get an email asking if I wanted to renew my ins if my home was still standing. I would never recommend them.

Jacob Fifer answered in short order and listened to my reason for calling, gave me the email address to send a wind mitigation report, waited on the line to make sure he received it, asked me to wait while it was uploaded and then scheduled a follow up call for next week!!!! Unbelieveable. My faith in humanity is restored.

    Dean Martens: Very disappointing experience. We wanted mobile home insurance mostly for liability reasons. They gave us a quote which we accepted. Then we were told we needed an inspection at our expense. Got the inspection, passed and then we were told we couldn’t have a policy. Gives one a greater understanding of the obstacles some people face. Can’t get coverage to do the responsible thing. We don’t need coverage on the mobile. We are just concerned about liability. Don’t call this company if you want an agent to put you first.
