YouFit Gyms Lantana - Lantana
Harold Brooks: Today 2X desk people didnt look up from their phones. So I tapped my ID and just said "OK". Neither looked up but one said "Ya Bro". Then I noticed the music was not work out music. The music was low gloomy with lots of bass and a male voice saying "Im gonna hop on you and get in you and then make you flip over". I could have done 10 curls for every word. Lets get the Big Purple Caddie out of that gym and put "Eye of the Tiger" back in the music
Thrive Fitness Studio - Delray Beach
Kristal B: I’ve trained with Bri years ago at another gym and was super excited when she opened her own gym in the area. She is a fantastic trainer with a deep rooted knowledge of the fundamentals of strength training, as well as just a really kind and caring person. Her gym was thoughtfully built out to accommodate a class size of 24 without ever feeling cramped or claustrophobic. She has some of the larger equipment coveted for those booty workouts she is known for, as well as all the weights and equipment wanted for traditional lifting and strength training. I cannot recommend this gym enough!
LA Fitness - Delray Beach
LA Fitness
luis calhau: If you are looking for a guaranteed tetanus infection, running around looking for attachments and drinking green water…YOU FOUND THE GYM FOR YOU!!! some of the cardio machines look like they were pulled from the bottom of the ocean, extremely rusted out. Attachments for your workout? No. The whole gym get one rope and one bar and you have to fight for it…you like somewhere where people negative have gym etiquette? This is your place!!!! Expect the leg press to have 8 plates and you have to unload it all yourself. Workers? Nah, they just chilling there, getting paid to hangout with their friends (besides the dude in the early morning, he chill)…if you identify with all those amazing criteria I’m happy for you, you found your place of peace. Get your tetanus shot up to date for the love of god. For only a small fee of 50 dollars a month you get a staph infection. Go to planet fitness across the street, pay 9.99 a month and don’t put your health at risk. Bye
Slash Fitness - Delray Beach
Michael Rehak: Absolutely love Slash Fitness! From the moment you walk in, the energy is contagious. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely care about your progress. The group classes are the perfect mix of strength and cardio, and every workout is challenging but doable, no matter your fitness level. The facility is always clean and has a great vibe—like a tight-knit community where everyone pushes each other to be better. If you’re looking for a place to get stronger, fitter, and have fun doing it, Slash is it. Highly recommend!
PurLife Fitness Center - Delray Beach
Lance Silver: So always need a good gym when you travel. Not always easy to find, but nailed it in Delray! Did a little on-line searching and PurLife looked like it foot the bill (despite the strange name). Sure enough it did not disappoint. First off it has a whole fitness cafe as part of the facility. Never ate there but it seemed like a cool, healthy option. Had outdoor seating at a bar, which is always a huge plus. Bars and high-tops slay. You walk in and it seems small. But then as you get past the desk, it opens up into room after room of fitness wonder! First area had a bunch of great machines, cables, smaller dumbbell rack, and fixed bar sets (curly and straight). It opened into a cardio area for the bunnies with a ton of treadmills, stairmasters, ellipticals, etc. Next room was more of a cross fit area with a weighted sled and turf area, more cables and TRX set ups. Lastly, the best room imho is the larger free weight area. Big dumbbells, two squat rack/deadlift platforms, leg press, hack squat, smith, and a very cool Precor plate-loaded squat machine. Had three great workouts there and would recommend highly. Little pricey at $30/day or $85/week, but it is a really nice facility. And can you really put a price on your health? I think not! Oh and no hard sell! They just let you in and leave you alone to do your thing.

Fly & Flow Fitness - Boynton Beach
Kaia Kloss: Fly & Flow was such a cool experience! The instructor (and owner) made sure everyone was safe and having a great time! I would highly recommend this studio & will definitely go back for another class!
Sunset Pilates Boynton Beach (formerly PYC: Pilates & Yoga Center) - Boynton Beach
Shari Fox: I was interested in taking yoga classes but was apprehensive. I had never participated in yoga before. I was encouraged to try Cristina’s early morning class (I hate mornings) but figured I would try it once. That was it, I was hooked! I went every morning that Cristina taught for the entire summer. She gives each student individual attention, encouragement, and guidance. She is patient and very warm. I’m thankful that she now teaches an evening class so that I can practice with her again. I look forward to every Monday night! PYC is a great place to begin and continue with your yoga practice. I enjoy the atmosphere and all of the knowledgeable instructors. It has been a most positive experience!
Strength 4 Combat - Boynton Beach
Mike Gmail: Today was my first session (the 6:15am hybrid kickboxing) and like a majority of the other reviews, Frank was awesome. It was my first time doing any type of self-defense and martial arts and Frank (and my class mate) had a great deal of patience and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone, regardless of age or experience, give strength 4 combat a chance. I will definitely be going back (this week, actually).
