Smiling, Happy, friendly and willing to answer all questions. The rifle I purchased was very reasonable in cost and like I said, I was able to ask all questions without feeling like I was bothering them at all. They are Eager to help. 5 /5 Darcy Telaro: Best kept secret I have just discovered. Doing business the old fashioned way, earning it. Prices are far for a change. Such a nice team of folks at this shop and owner Mike is top shelf(he talks to you and not at you). He also has nice ladies helping and everyone on their game welcoming customers-everyone was focused on customer service.The items are not dusty or dirty and a/c is really comfortable. Lots of beautiful jewelry (awesome watches and estate items within)man tools too. As a lady myself I am sensitive to how comfortable I feel in pawn shops and this was the most positive experience I have had. Sometimes its hard for a gal to just walk into one and I am glad I did(other ladies inside looking at jewelry also). If you are looking for something specific I would call and of course just drop in. I wish this store was in Mount Dora but I will drop in for now on when I am in that area. Retail still Rocks at Mikes. Sincerely, Looie

Hana G Fit: Avoid the Jared in Altamonte Springs at all costs. The manager, Robert, was flat-out disrespectful and had the nerve to ask if I paid for my own watch. Then gave me attitude over a bracelet repair, acting arrogant and dismissive the entire time. No customer service, no professionalism — just pure ego and rudeness. This place has lost all credibility. I’ll never spend another dollar here, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Disgusting behavior. Someone like that has no business working in customer service, let alone managing a store. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Jared needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge. Robert should be fired.

Precious Taganas-Berrios: Took my Rolex Datejust here for repair. One of the diamond bezel fell off from hitting the ground hard. The first question the guy asked, “is this authentic?” if you cant tell the difference between fake and original then youre in the wrong business. Go to Orlando Watch Company instead in Winter Park. Repair and polishing cost about $260 with tax and looks brand new.

carla911pr63: I came by 2x and Kim Thank Jewelers was closed. I finally got found the perfect gift I was looking for to give both my daughters. An authentic Jade bangle and ring. Plus a beautiful gold band for the other child. Christine & her Mom (original owner for 40 yrs) helped put on the beautiful Jade. It was a perfect gift of love for both my girls that they can treasure forever. I definitely recommend this store and trust in their quality jewelry. Next year, I will get my Badge necklace for me and a nice bracelet for my grandson. I also got my rings cleaned and the store hours.
