    Precious Taganas-Berrios: Took my Rolex Datejust here for repair. One of the diamond bezel fell off from hitting the ground hard. The first question the guy asked, “is this authentic?” if you cant tell the difference between fake and original then youre in the wrong business. Go to Orlando Watch Company instead in Winter Park. Repair and polishing cost about $260 with tax and looks brand new.

Plus a beautiful gold band for the other child. Christine & her Mom (original owner for 40 yrs) helped put on the beautiful Jade. It was a perfect gift of love for both my girls that they can treasure forever. I definitely recommend this store and trust in their quality jewelry. Next year, I will get my Badge necklace for me and a nice bracelet for my grandson. I also got my rings cleaned and the store hours.

She was so nice and sweet. I really appreciated this and everyone who greeted us at the door. Isabel at checkout was also so nice and i asked her to take a knot off my Kendra Scott necklace and she did it for me and helped me with checkout as well. She was very nice and attentive and loved how she took care of me as well. Definitely come and check out the beautiful jewelry they have at this store and there nice employees.

Wildalis was the wonderful worker who helped me. She scoured the Zales records to find my information and it took some time because it has been so long since I purchased the ring. She found the info, and then proceeded to take care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly helpful, exceeding professional, and earned a customer for life. My wife and I love Zales, and now we have a new favorite person.
