Thomas Parr: A young (heavy Spanish accent) account representative. Accuse me of being rude when in fact it was her that was rude. The other women that work there also seem to side with her when I raised my voice stating that I didnt appreciate having an accusation of that nature. Being addressed to me. How is there to find out why an interest rate was three points higher than it was supposedly supposed to be. This particular branch is one of the most difficult ones to deal with as the personnel all seemed to have an attitude problem towards customers. There is no sympathy or empathy from these folks. So I dont recommend them in any way shape or form.

James: I would not recommend to anyone... waiting 2 months now for my $500 check after being lied to, over and over. My check was flagged for fraud (school refund) I verified all my information with truist fraud department where I still have yet to see my money nor, any ETA. The fact a bank can steal from you is insane, i honestly dont think I will ever see that money. School says it is cashed out! Dont build a bank relationship here or any truist.

M. King: Refusal of services, never even offered a membership. After reading the response from the "owner" is clear reassurance to the community that their local customer service skills are lacking. Especially bringing up the situation. I will correct you... Rolled quarters in hand, a simple task. I politely asked the teller, in which she did, in fact state, "only members" from the start. We both shared an awkward lengthly pause. I was intentionally waiting for some kind of help, possibly a memebership offer. Or maybe even another place that could help. Instead, she chose to stare back at me. Presumably waiting for me to leave. I digress, the situation could have been handled much better on the credit unions part. The lack of respect here is astounding.
