1 /5 Thomas Parr: A young (heavy Spanish accent) account representative. Accuse me of being rude when in fact it was her that was rude. The other women that work there also seem to side with her when I raised my voice stating that I didnt appreciate having an accusation of that nature. Being addressed to me. How is there to find out why an interest rate was three points higher than it was supposedly supposed to be. This particular branch is one of the most difficult ones to deal with as the personnel all seemed to have an attitude problem towards customers. There is no sympathy or empathy from these folks. So I dont recommend them in any way shape or form.

My husband shows up with his passport can’t withdraw money because he doesn’t have his driver license with him , I show up with my driver license can’t withdraw because I don’t have my passport. And then lady proceeds to let the ENTIRE bank know that I can’t withdraw money because I’m an illegal Alien and don’t have my passport with me .

2 /5 Rhonda Williamson: Don’t go during your lunch break! They only have one cashier running the inside and drive through. I walked in with two people ahead of me and didn’t and waited for 45 minutes.

1 /5 Vicki Kray: Once again, sitting in line at the drive-thru, 6 cars deep at 9:45 a.m.! I go inside, and there is six people waiting in line as well. One teller! One lady sitting behind a desk. And two couples waiting to see the manager. This place never gets any better! This is probably the busiest location in Bradenton but they neglect their customers by not hiring a properly staffed Bank. If I did not have to make an HOA payment here I would avoid this bank at all cost!

1 /5 Bryan Graves: WORST BANK IN TOWN!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS BANK. They hold your money for 10 days and wont release it when you need it for your business... THIS BANK SUCKS!!!

James: I would not recommend to anyone... waiting 2 months now for my $500 check after being lied to, over and over. My check was flagged for fraud (school refund) I verified all my information with truist fraud department where I still have yet to see my money nor, any ETA. The fact a bank can steal from you is insane, i honestly dont think I will ever see that money. School says it is cashed out! Dont build a bank relationship here or any truist.

M. King: Refusal of services, never even offered a membership. After reading the response from the "owner" is clear reassurance to the community that their local customer service skills are lacking. Especially bringing up the situation. I will correct you... Rolled quarters in hand, a simple task. I politely asked the teller, in which she did, in fact state, "only members" from the start. We both shared an awkward lengthly pause. I was intentionally waiting for some kind of help, possibly a memebership offer. Or maybe even another place that could help. Instead, she chose to stare back at me. Presumably waiting for me to leave. I digress, the situation could have been handled much better on the credit unions part. The lack of respect here is astounding.

I went in needing to close one account and open a new one, which can sometimes be a hassle. Keila handled everything with incredible efficiency and a great attitude. Travis Licht: Suntrust is the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. They are terrible assisting in business accounts, and definitely are not client friendly. Suntrust gives no explanation for procedures they implement pertaining to the money in your account (withdraws, deposits, checks, holds, etc). If you prefer to work with a bank that’s not a constant headache I’d recommend you take your money and business somewhere else.

We went in for a loan they told us one number then went in To confirm and the numbers totally changed..wih the payments.. the first guy we talked to told us different than the next guy. I dont understand how they run a business like that. We will take our business somewhere else next time.

Rachel Diaz: If I could give a zero here believe me I would. I haven’t had my account for even 1 month. Apparently fraud was committed. You’d think they’d send you a text, and email or call you to let you know. Nope! We go to deposit money and nothing is mentioned about the account being locked for fraud. Now we have to wait over a week for someone to investigate so that we can access the only funds we have. They don’t give a damn if you have things to pay. It’s just the well there’s nothing we can do line. Truist banking? The only thing these people are - are THE TRUIST LIARS!
