Truist - Ocala (FL)

1 /5 James: I would not recommend to anyone... waiting 2 months now for my $500 check after being lied to, over and over. My check was flagged for fraud (school refund) I verified all my information with truist fraud department where I still have yet to see my money nor, any ETA. The fact a bank can steal from you is insane, i honestly dont think I will ever see that money. School says it is cashed out! Dont build a bank relationship here or any truist.

I walk to this bank and meet Sonia Davidson OMG what a great banker very honest and super friendly i wish i could give her 10 start i will. I recommend her to anyone that would like to open any account. She is very professional and very informative. Thank you so much.

5 /5 Eugene Gray Jr: I visited the Ocala East branch on 7/15/2025. Mrs Cindy Marcum is the best Truist banker I have ever worked with. She made suggestions, and fixed a couple of LLC issues administratively. Her professionalism was the best I’ve seen from any banker in a long time

1 /5 Daniel Drew: If you need access to your money while working on the road, this is not the bank for you. I’m trying to purchase a truck using my own funds but can’t because I have to be physically present at the bank to do a wire transfer or get a cashiers check done. I’ve never had this issue with any other bank until Truist. It was a good bank—until now.
