1 /5 Edward Grimpe: I moved 9 policies with $24k of annual premium because Chris promised a concierge service and quarterly reports of all my policies. Unfortunately Chris sent me a report showing my auto policy effective and then had a meeting with me to review while my insurance had in fact lapsed. After someone hit my parked car a month later we found out the hard way I was uninsured. Now I have no coverage and cannot even be reinstated due to the lapse. Chris abandoned me as I figure out how to get some recovery from the at fault driver. Total disaster, awful service, broken promises. I would have been much better off buying insurance online. Go anywhere else for insurance.
