She used to be my mother-in-law and I would never say a bad word about her. Even though she isnt related to me anymore, I can still say she is a kind, honest, Christ-like lady and I recommend highly that you shop with her instead of going to the big chain stores! They have integrity and will never deal unkindly with you no matter what.

5 /5 John Barsevich: Brought a broken chair there and got an education on gold chains, lengths, repairs, etc. Was in a rush so she couldnt complete the repair. She did cut the length - no charge. She sent me to another jewelry place that did the repair. She is nice and is honest. Highly recommend.

Years ago, Emily taught me how to use a jewelers loop. Becca is wonderful too. I was in the store this morning and Becca cleaned my wedding rings and checked the stones all free of charge. This is more significant to me because they are in the middle of moving to a new location in Saddle Creek Plaza and are extremely busy. Nevertheless, Becca took the time to clean my rings. I work at the Judicial Center in downtown Bradenton and have and will continue to "sing their praises." If you want beautiful jewelry, expert repairs and wonderful customer service, Natalies Fine Jewelry is the jewelry store for you!

janet kingan: Not real thrilled with this custom job. Bent misshapen, and poorly soldered jump rings, fire scale all over, and tool marks from the flexishaft rotary tool. I was told it would be lasered, but laser soldering doesnt leave fire scale. Very poor workmanship, Three stars instead of one because they have some unique and pretty pieces. Just dont get any custom work done.

Tip Lugo: I visited this jewelry store today hoping to purchase a pendant, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who assisted me—a short woman with glasses—was noticeably unprofessional. She seemed disinterested, lacked basic courtesy, and made no effort to help me feel welcome or valued as a customer. This was actually my second visit. Earlier, she had quoted me a price, and I returned an hour later to ask if she could work with me on it. Instead of engaging in a respectful conversation, she asked, “Why are you back here again?” and flatly told me she wouldn’t work with me at all. That kind of attitude cost the store a $1,200 sale. Shopping for jewelry should feel special, but instead I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service—because the products themselves deserve better representation.
