Not only are they really nice and trustworthy, but they were incredibly helpful with my husband when he was trying to pick out a ring I would love. Success because it is so beautiful and just what I wanted! Just a tad tight though, so they went ahead and adjusted the ring size for me really quickly. Fits and looks perfect now. They even brought out a magnifier to show me the serial number of my jewel without me even having to ask after they adjusted it. Very thankful to them for their hard work and professionalism.
