5 /5 Michael JSZ: We moved to Florida 4 years ago, my son was starting high school with hopes of playing college baseball and the level of play in Florida is far above anywhere else in the country. He will start playing college ball in the spring and we are 100% convinced if he had not started going to NUMA and following their conditioning program he would not be playing college baseball. If you have a son or daughter that’s a serious athlete and wants to grow, then don’t send them anywhere but here. It’s not an easy program but it pays huge dividends in the future. Tim (owner) and his staff are amazing, knowledgeable caring people and thats really hard to find these days!

The coaches get to know you and want to make sure you are seeing the fruits of your labor working out with them. The gym is fresh, new and has great equipment. If you need a gym that makes you feel like family and are willing to push yourself to see the results you want, NUMA is the spot for you. Get a great workout in with good music and the best of people.

5 /5 Bo Lu: Great place to improve young athletes running skill, stamina and explosive force. Daniel is a great personal trainer. His training program tailored well for my son. After a year training, he become must faster and stronger and perform much better in soccer match. Highly recommended.

I started going and working out with my sons its a game changer. Working out as a family has brought us closer and we have a blast. Tim encouraged this and we cant thank him enough. Game changing experience.

Nito: Why are we allowing the youth to workout in slides or barefoot. Bravo for working out and taking care of your health. However working out in sandals is a safety violation and shouldn’t be allowed. I really wish this would get monitored better. Also backpacks on the floor????? Why? There are signs stating put them in the locker. Let’s do better staff. Seriously.

Evan Barr: The childcare was the selling point for us. We were hesitant about how it would work with our 7mo baby, but Karen encouraged us that babies get used to it after several times so we went ahead did the 2 year plan because it’s the best deal and we intended on being regulars. There was no trial period option. We tried to make it work for 4 months but our baby would cry hard and we could only workout one at a time. We wanted to cancel for now and return when he gets older. Once we communicated that, we were no longer getting prompt responses from Karen and learned there was no flexibility on the cancellation fees. We signed the contract so we take responsibility, but we won’t be returning.

Victoria Coker: It has a pretty nice and friendly atmosphere. Im new to the gym scene and was a little worried that it would be very overwhelming. Thankfully, it isnt. They have a decent amount of equipment as well as different workout groups that people can try out. Overall, its a very friendly and welcoming gym.

The workout was challenging, with a good balance that pushed me but didn’t feel overwhelming, thanks to the clear scaling options that made it accessible no matter your level. Gina was friendly and helpful throughout the entire session. She took the time to explain each movement clearly, breaking down the form so it was easy to follow. Before jumping into the workout, she led us through a warm-up that focused on practicing those movements, making sure everyone felt confident and ready. During the workout, Gina stayed close by, encouraging us with timely reminders and motivation that kept my energy up even when I felt tired. Her attention made the whole experience feel personalized and supportive. I would love to attend more of Gina’s classes because she makes a tough workout feel doable and actually enjoyable. The facility was well equipped and clean.
