Tarkea Shuman This was such an unpleasant, rude, unprofessional experience. I went in store to look at the sales after not seeing what I wanted online. As I walking in the store I was not greeted but everyone employee was helping other customers so that’s fine. I walked around the store looking for the rings. After finding them I stand in front of the counter that has charms on the left rights in the middle and bracelets on the left. As I stand looking at the rings a customer is talking to an employee behind the counter comes over REACH OVER ME and points to the brackets she wants. Not once did the RUDE customer or employee say excuse me. I was not moving since I was there first and have every right to be there just like that RUDE customer. The customer reach over me again and her hairy arm brushed against me not once did she say excuse me. Finally the employee said “sorry we are looking at the clearance bracelets.” This was the worst experience ever. I am considering returning the ring I purchased online because I’m disappointed in the company as a whole. I went to the store at 4:00pm on July 1st. The employee was a young lady I believe with short hair please tell her how she should have handled this better. If I could give 0 stars I would. They both are lucky I was holding my tongue or else I would have had some unkind words for both the employee and the hairy armed customer. Do better

Shemar Green If you need any jewelry repaired, come here. They fix stuff at a great price. I just came here to get my Cross necklace I accidentally broke repaired. They were able to give me a part that broke to hook it back together. Highly recommend this place

MrI TorresLi Great experience with Rohan .But not really with the rest of the staff. Ive been there many times, made purchases,and had repairs done, and the pricing and customer service are very inconsistent. My jeweler in Ny actually never even charged me for repairs, which I believe is a great way to retain loyal customers. Although we have negotiated decent deals in the past , there were a few times that Ive decided to purchase from other jewelers due to the high prices. They do have great inventory and can pretty much custom make anything.

Essence Lopez I contacted this gentleman to replace a Pave cluster with a single stone. I saw that he was a young minority man, and I was excited to work with them as I own several pieces of custom jewelry. After I made an appointment and had a consultation with him, he measured the stone I intended to put in my old setting and kind of just walked away. When I asked for next steps he said he would be in touch. After a week I gave him a call or rather a text, and was told at that time that he was still working on numbers. I waited an additional five days for reaching out again and was told that he was trying to get the price from $1100 to $700. I never heard from this gentleman again. I then took it to a jeweler in Oakleaf and they were able to do the job for about $350 in less than three days. Don’t waste your time here. Even if he had returned my inquiries, I would’ve paid over double then I was charged to have the work done.

I came to the shop that big selection very professional staff. They teach me all about the watch and after checking different jewelry store they have the best price. I really recommend this place to anybody.

j paskalov Came in to look at the selection, and the owners were nice until I realized that I recognized them being in the Slavic community, and realized one of the owners was online saying slurs used against Ukrainian people. Which is disappointing for Stas since he should think about what he says online and how it can link back to his business. Due to this, I’ll be letting everyone who’s Ukrainian put their money elsewhere and not support this business. Wanna reply?
