Planet Fitness - Fort Pierce (FL)

1 /5 Chakra Gear: I joined Planet Fitness for the advertised amenities — massage chairs, tanning beds, and a functional locker room — but most of these have been out of service for months. Every visit, I see the same “Out of Order” signs, yet the membership price stays the same. The gym itself is clean and the staff are friendly, but when half the advertised features are unavailable for this long, it starts to feel misleading. I hope management prioritizes fixing or replacing the broken equipment soon, because members deserve the full experience we’re paying for. At thos point the "out of order signs" deserve there own membership. The official answer is I dont know and go somewhere else.

5 /5 Erasto Quintana: The manager is genuinely one of the nicest, most caring, and most informative people you’ll meet. The entire staff matches that energy—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. One thing I really appreciate about this gym is how spotless it is. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN—and everything stays in great working order. It’s rare to see anything out of service. I even take off my headphones just to say hello and goodbye because everyone here is that warm and respectful. It truly makes the whole experience better.

1 /5 Clella Felthousen: If you’re looking to use the amenities like hydro bed, tanning etc don’t go to this location. It hasn’t been working for weeks and no clue when they will work again. You have to go out of your way to other locations if you use the extras. Not worth the membership! The management doesn’t care and there’s no way to contact corporate. Management wants you to just keep calling back to find out if it’s working yet. Also they don’t keep it clean! The equipment like tanning beds are always dirty!

1 /5 Greg Ewing: Ive been going to the new fr Pierce planet fitness since it opened. The staff is very nice and friendly. Over the last week I have not been able to use the benefits of my black card to tan. When I asked staff I was told "its not available at this time". I know when I use the section its not very busy. Is it possible the the black card section is shut down to save money? If something is really wrong why not be honest about the issue.. Of course there is no way to contact a corporate office person help with issue
